This Giving Tuesday, join the Lincoln Community Health Center Foundation as we celebrate 55 years of care, service, and impact in Durham.
In honor of Lincoln’s 55th anniversary, we invite our community to make a $55 gift-or a gift of any amount-to help continue Lincoln’s legacy of expanding access to quality, compassionate health care.

OUR MISSION
The Foundation’s mission is to enhance the quality of health and improve access to healthcare in Durham and surrounding areas.
WHY WE’RE NEEDED
The Foundation is needed because Lincoln’s resources alone are not enough to serve over 36,000 low income patients annually.
DONATIONS
We welcome support from business, private philanthropy and the public to ensure all our citizens have access to affordable healthcare.
STORIES OF IMPACT
The Foundation makes an annual contribution to Lincoln Community Health Center to pay for supplies, equipment and other patient services.
